"I dont like the dark, "said Little bear.

“ The dark all around us ,"said Little bear.

大大熊放下它那本看得正有趣的书,走到了小小熊的床边。

Big Bear lit the tiniest lantern,

"There's a tiny light to stop you being scared,

"Thank you, Big Bear, "said Little Bear, : V( t1 I1 c. o, Y( Y  J
cuddling up in the glow.
4 s9 t; d. k' k( j' \"Now go to sleep, Little Bear, "said Big Bear,
- L( C7 s0 l$ G- g! @+ Xand he padded back to the bear Chair and settled
7 f, n' R* |3 Z" m8 ^. [down to read the Bear Book, by the light of the fire.

"I dont like the dark, " said Little Bear.

"Only a tiny-weeny one, " said Little Bear. "

and took out a bigger lantern.
6 l' Z) D. C8 {& ^" E# PBig bear lit the lantern, and put it beside the other one.

“你睡不着吗,小小熊?”大大熊说。

“我害怕。”小小熊说。

"And there's still lots of dark.

and took out the Biggest Lantern of Them All, 6 S2 ]3 b- H8 M& ]2 s. D: o
with two handles and a bit of chain.
1 j# n% N$ n7 L  xHe hooked the lantern up above Little Bears bed.
8 h6 w3 n% ~6 h: X"I've brought you the Biggest Lantern of Them all! "
" Y' t, \# F9 ~1 P7 e9 Jhe told Little bear. 8 e* d* E& O( p0 \
"That's to stop you being scared!"
/ a9 U  G- V1 k0 y“Thank you, Big Bear,” said Little Bear,
! w) K. x, s  l6 ycurling up in the glow and watching! J) w1 @0 O1 ~. o8 n+ s
the shadows dance.( }/ P7 }) y0 N0 }" A; s
“Now go to sleep, Little Bear, ”said Big Bear/ y) u/ T; {6 `; t$ W2 C
and he padded back to the Bear Chair and9 J# ?# ^- l7 E1 u. ~
settled down to read the Bear Book,
