这是什么动画片 Kid Rocket

牛津树4-42，其中提到了火箭基德（Kid Rocket）和神奇弗雷德（Fantastic Fred），反面人物是罗顿博士（Doctor Rotten）
我查了查，可能是年头太久。百度上查不到记载。不知道是什么动画片。应该是那个年代很受英国小朋友喜爱的动画片。
