今天分享的这首童谣是《鹅妈妈经典童谣》中的第一章《Jack and Jill》，讲的是Jack和Jill去山上打水，Jack摔倒了，摔到了头，Jill也跟着滚了下去。童谣里押韵词很多，读起来朗朗上口，故事本身趣味性也很强，适合亲子互动。孩子小一点的时候，可以让孩子坐在大人腿上，抓握着孩子的手，做往上爬，往下倒的动作。孩子大一点，可以做手指谣游戏，或者做出两个人偶，表演舞台剧。
