作者简介：
Maurice Sendak所插画创作的小熊系列生活故事。
提起Maurice Sendak（莫里斯.桑达克），他在1963年发表的惊人作品《Where the Wild Things Are》， 1964年获得凯迪克金牌奖的《Where the Wild Things Are》，出版后对绘本童书造成多么大的冲击与影响。
1952年发表第一本作品《A Hole is to Dig》开始，1996年拿到美国National Medal of Arts的Maurice Sendak，除了是个会带着三只小狗在公园里散步的老爷爷，洋洋洒洒的得奖资历耀眼异常。不仅是第一位荣获「国际安徒生大奖」的美国插画家，亦五度获得美国童书的最高荣誉「凯迪克大奖」。
