1.Business License of Enterprise’s Legal Person is a certificate upon which the enterprises obtain qualification of enterprises’ legal person and legal management.
2.Business License of Enterprise’ 、 s Legal Person includes an original and a copy, both of which have equal legal effect. The original should be placed in a striking location by legal person. The legal person may apply to some copies if necessary.
3.The business license is forbidden to forge, alter, lease, lend and transfer. Any other unit and individual are forbidden to detain, take over and revoke it.
4.The enterprise’ 、 、 s legal person shall conduct its business within the business scope as registered.
